Accomodation
The Resort is designed in Mediterranean style with 132 well-appointed Deluxe and Superior rooms. A large balcony or terrace with garden views is an added feature. The rooms are located in eleven pavilions, with 18 suites and 2 Presidential Suites - the "Tipu Sultan" and the "Poorniya." The 18 suites have exclusive gardens, and overlook the 130 meters lagoon-shaped swimming pool.

The Garden of Eden the signature supper club is located at the ground floor arcade. The highlight of this club is theme-based decor of Adam and Eve's Garden of Eden with faux apples and trees to compliment the atmosphere. It serves predominantly seafood in trans ethnic international style with Asian and oriental flavors. The supper club offers semi formal dining with a cocktail bar and a dance floor. Badsha is a poolside open-air restaurant meant for dinner only. The Indian concept with Mughlai tandoor table BBQ, night-market style features Lucknavi cuisine from the Awadh region of North India. The open tandoor kitchen acts as a central point serving a variety of exotic kebabs, lentils, Indian breads and biryanis. The Spa Bar and Health Café is located at the entrance to the Golden Palms Spa. There is an outdoors juice bar meant for post-spa relaxation, serving refreshing health drinks and light meals made from exotic fresh produce. The weight watchers can enjoy the Golden Palms Spa's customized special diet menus that cater to every palate be it Rajasthani, Gujarati, Continental or from South India. The Nostalgia Bar is located adjacent to the hotel lobby. The Hollywood and Bollywood through the years theme coupled with a 'fun pub' atmosphere with music is a great draw among the guests. A giant plasma TV screens yesteryear hits of Hollywood and Bollywood makes, guests nostalgic and relax with their favorite drinks. The Golden Palms Spa & Resort has extensive meeting, conference and banqueting facilities. There are a total of five meeting rooms, comprising a ballroom that can be divided into two sections; one conference hall and two smaller spa meeting rooms that can be combined. The Resort also offers Multifunction ballroom with a maximum capacity of 200 people. The Conference hall has a maximum capacity of 350 subject to setting. The Spa meeting room has a maximum capacity of 65 subject to setting.
